DIY Friendship Bracelet Ornament #6 Step by Step

Welcome back! Today, I’m working on my 6th ornament design, which starts with a pattern that I’ll be modifying along the way. Watch as I walk you through splitting the design into two directions, adding complexity to make the ornament more interesting. I’ll explain the steps behind selecting the colors, adjusting the layout, and making sure the pattern comes together seamlessly.

While this one was more experimental, the results turned out great! Stay tuned for the next video, where I’ll dive deeper into assembling the ornament and share more insights on how to adapt tricky patterns.

In this video, I take you through the process of creating my 6th ornament design! This one was an experiment, with some challenges along the way, but the final result is a unique, pear-shaped ornament that turned out great. I walk through how I adapted the pattern (#11807 from FriendshipBracelets.net), splitting the bracelet off in two directions and joining them in new ways to create a more dynamic look. While I had to make some adjustments mid-project, it was a fun build with plenty of learning moments. 💡

Stay tuned as I show how to join the segments, avoid candy-striping curls, and tie it all together. And don’t forget—if you make your own, share it with me on Discord! I’d love to see your creations. 😃
