Making It Even Smaller! 12-String Friendship Bracelet Pattern
We’ve taken this pattern from 26 strings ➡️ to 16 strings ➡️ and now down to 12 strings! 🎉 The question is: How small can we go while keeping the design intact?
In today’s video, I work through the pattern in real-time, adjusting the design to fit a 12-string template. The main challenge? Figuring out how the gold accent color fits into the smaller version! 🧐

We’ve taken this design from 26 strings ➡️ to 16 ➡️ to 12 strings—and this might just be the final form! 🎉
This 12-string version keeps the original design’s bold center pattern while simplifying the structure, making it faster and easier to knot. I wasn’t sure if the third color would still fit, but it totally does, and it looks amazing! The final result has a Celtic-inspired feel with the dark color looping around the design.
