Designing & Testing a Colorful Friendship Bracelet Pattern!

Hey everyone, it’s Kevin (aka AWOL), and today we’re tweaking a bracelet pattern I just finished designing! 🎨 We’re making some changes, testing a new color scheme, and seeing how long it actually takes to complete. Instead of using dark blue, I’m swapping in black (because, let’s be honest, I stocked up on way too much black string 😆). The design is symmetrical, with colors flowing from dark in the center to light on the edges—should be a stunning result! Stick around as I compare different knotting approaches to find the fastest method. Do you think color placement affects speed? Let’s find out! 🕰️ Special thanks to my YouTube Members for making this all possible—I’m burning through string like crazy, and your support keeps the creativity flowing! 🙌

Hey everyone, it’s Kevin (aka AWOL), and today I’m putting a new bracelet technique to the test! 🎨 This design features a bold black outline with a smooth gradient fade from red to orange to yellow to off-white. I originally thought a different knotting approach might speed things up… but guess what? It actually took longer than expected! ⏳😆 💡 What you’ll see in this video: ✔️ Setting up the five-color string order (a bit trickier than usual!) ✔️ Testing a new method: Did it make the process faster? (Spoiler: Nope! 😅) ✔️ The unexpected optical illusion that makes this bracelet look rounded! 🔍 ✔️ The texture difference compared to previous designs ✔️ A mistake I made (and how I fixed it!) ✨ Want to try this pattern? You can totally swap in your own color combo—I’d love to see your take on it! Share your version in our Discord community and let’s talk about it! 👇
