This Looks HARD… But It’s Just a Candy Stripe?!

Today we’re breaking down Pattern 4535, and this one is the perfect example of how a bracelet can look слож… but actually be super simple.

At its core?

👉 It’s basically just a candy stripe.

The only difference:

Two knots near the center change direction
That tiny detail creates a completely different look
🧵 Why This Pattern is Amazing for Beginners

✔️ Built on a candy stripe foundation
✔️ Mostly straight rows (fast to knot!)
✔️ Easy to memorize after a few repeats
✔️ Looks way more advanced than it is

If you already know candy stripes, you can make this.

🌈 Design Breakdown

This pattern uses a rainbow color order, which gives it that eye-catching look:

Red → Orange → Yellow → Green → Blue → Purple
Neutral (gray) strings in between to separate everything

💡 The magic:
You follow each string straight across…
…and only adjust direction near the center.

⚡ Key Tip

Remember this:
👉 4 knots → center change → 4 knots

That’s basically the whole pattern.

🧶 String & Length Tip

Because the strings are used very evenly:

You can make this bracelet as long as you want
Great for anklets or longer designs
You may even get away with shorter string lengths

🌈 Why This Bracelet is So Fun

✔️ Bright, cheerful rainbow design
✔️ Easy to memorize (no pattern needed after a few rows!)
✔️ Perfect for beginners
✔️ Tons of room to customize

I swapped the template gray for white in the final bracelet—and it completely changed the vibe. Way brighter, way happier.

🎨 Customization Ideas

This pattern is SUPER flexible:

Swap rainbow → try a blue gradient

Flip the center knot direction for a totally different look
