Reworking My Pattern with a Tighter Twist!

What happens when you take a simple pattern… and flip it—literally?

Today, I’m revisiting the four-color bracelet pattern I created from scratch and tweaking the spacing for a much tighter, more intricate look. Instead of spacing out the over-under sequences, I stack them—bringing the strands closer together and increasing the complexity while using the exact same core structure.

💡 It’s a great reminder: small changes = BIG visual shifts.

Today’s pattern is a deeper dive into Celtic-inspired design—with a tighter, more intricate twist on the version I made previously. I brought the colorful weaving closer together this time, giving the bracelet a denser, more complex feel. 💥

This pattern had me double-checking my own work multiple times—with a few frustrating “oops” moments along the way. But the result? Totally worth it.

A personal story from junior high about my first big art win… that felt like a loss 😅

⏱️ Time to complete: ~1 hour
🧶 Strings used: 4 colors (one-third skein each)
⚠️ Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
📏 Note: Colors were mostly scrap thread—except for the gray, which was “salvaged” from a project that never happened!

🌀 This bracelet is not beginner-friendly, but if you love knot puzzles and the satisfaction of getting everything to line up just right, you’re going to love this pattern.

🙏 Huge thanks to my YouTube Members—your support makes these experiments and full patterns possible! From livestreams to sneak peeks to our Discord hangouts, it’s all because of you. 💛
